“Gold is glamorous and fun,” says the celebrity hairstylist Guido Palau. That’s why he chose this precious metal when he imagined the first line of hair products. Zaraavailable from November 30.
A valuable assortment
This sparkling collection, so called Glitter in goldopens the ball with two products: Golden gelwhite-gold cream and Gold glitter sprayglitter spray.
Guido Palau defines its approach to these first two products as “hair makeup” in a golden shade “easy to manipulate to get the desired shade”.
If the sparkling spray a priori does not require an explanation of its use, the expert compares Golden gel to cream highlighter for hair. “It creates a shine similar to that offered by the sun when reflected on the hair. You can apply it to your hair or work in several layers to achieve the shade you want.”
Of course, the packaging is in perfect harmony with this sparkling theme, and there are two extras: Golden needlehairpin hugeand a comb, golden combboth in a golden shade.
The reverse side of this unique line was obvious: who else but the eternal muse of the famous hairdresser, the model Kaia Gerber ?
The duo is not new: in 2020, they created an event during Instagram live, for a special hairdressing session where the model adopted a bright pink shade of hair.
“We have a shared hair history,” he says Guido Palau. “Sure, she’s one of the biggest guns, but she’s still very accessible.”
Together, this duo makes reality mood board festive, where gold and glitter abound.
