Mark Messier criticizes the Rangers player

Mark Messier publicly criticized the Rangers player on Saturday.

During the first intermission of the game against the Capitals, the living legend of the “Blueshirts” condemned Jonny Brodzinski’s decision to turn his back on the game in the corner of the ice, which prompted a harsh check from the back of Tom Wilson (who else!).

According to Messier, Brodzinski put himself in a vulnerable position, so Wilson should not have been penalized for giving the tape.

“At the time I was playing, it wasn’t even a penalty. I would never have been able to play for 26 years if I had put myself in such a vulnerable position. My career would rather last five years. I’m so tired of seeing players put themselves in vulnerable positions. It drives me crazy,” he said on the ESPN television network, where he works as an analyst alongside PK Subban.
